Book Farm LLC  is a children’s book wholesaler, providing children's literature in special wear resistant library bindings.  We offer the latest and most relevant books, puppets, puzzles and educational toys to libraries, schools and nonprofit organizations, making our web site a preferred one-stop shopping experience.   

We are filling commissioned sales positions across the country. Our sales representatives are part of a team, selling from both our online site and from visiting with librarians at their location.  If you have a passion for books, education and literacy this is the perfect opportunity to transform them into a fun and lucrative career in sales. 

Qualified persons are self motivated with an entrepreneurial mind set who can successfully manage their own business.   To win a sales contract you must be organized with an attention to detail, have basic computer skills, excellent communication skills, and strong listening skills.  We are looking for hard workers who can set their own schedule, build strong customer relations and who want a career, not a just job.

Book commission rates increase based on performance.  Sales bonuses and incentives are built into the contract.  All independent contractors are guaranteed an exclusive territory.   No warehousing, billing or collections are involved.  All order processing and customer service is handled through our corporate office.  Book samples are purchased on account with no upfront expense.  Customer contact lists, CRM software and training are provided.  Appointment assistance for traveling reps and mentoring available.
